Returns and Exchanges

Return and Exchange Period:
- Items can be returned or exchanged within seven days of receipt.

Eligibility:
- Returned items must be in 100% new and re-sellable condition plus remain unused in original packaging. We will not accept returned goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or that show apparent signs of use or abuse.
- Individual items from sets cannot be returned separately.
- Exchanges from previous returns are subject to discretion.

Process:
- Return authorization must be given.
- Returns must be delivered to USPS before the 7-day period ends.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method, or as store credit if the original method is invalid.
- Exchanges are shipped after quality inspection.
- Items can only be exchanged for equal or lesser value items.

Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns and exchanges.
- The company is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Availability:
- The availability of specific styles for exchange cannot be guaranteed.
- Customers can opt for a refund or gift card if the desired replacement is unavailable.

Additional Conditions:
- Shipping costs will be deducted from the refund if the original sale did not qualify for free shipping.
- The policy reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the specified criteria.
